Lemongrass & Pandan Tea

Looking for a new and easy drink to surprise your friends next time they come over - try this out! This pandan & lemongrass tea takes almost no time to make and you can serve it hot or drop a few ice cubes in and have it chilled.

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • 2 Lemongrass Stalks
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, monk fruit, sugar)


  • If the pandan leaves have any roots, remove them and clean the leaves. Let them dry out.
  • Cut lemongrass and pandan leaves into small pieces and add to boiling water. Let simmer for 7 minutes or until the water is fragrant and has turned a light green color.
  • Strain the tea and add sweetener to taste. Serve hot or let cool completely and serve cold over ice.
